Pricing

Evalgist sells evaluation tools for professionals. The products listed below are priced on a credit basis: you purchase a bundle of evaluation credits and consume them as you run evaluations. Concrete tier prices and credit ratios will be published before each product reaches public launch. The same privacy baseline applies to every paid plan: documented data handling, listed service providers, and no AI-provider retention of customer documents.

Evalgist Shortlist

Private beta

AI-assisted screening for resumes, cover letters, and other application documents. For teams that shortlist a few times a year. Every judgment is anchored to a literal quote.

Evalgist Grade

In development

AI-assisted grading for exams and structured assignments. Rubric-driven, evidence-anchored, with human approval at every step. Student answers are handled as sensitive content.

Evalgist Review

Planned

Submission review for academic and editorial workflows. Comparative reading with cited evidence.

How billing will work

All charges will be billed in EUR by Evalgist BV, with VAT applied where required. Invoices and receipts will be issued automatically and stored in your account. Payment processing will be handled by a regulated third-party processor established in the EU.

Refund and right-of-withdrawal conditions for digital services will be set out in the terms before any payment is accepted.
