evalgist.ai today provides information about Evalgist's products and a waitlist where you can register your interest. No paid services are offered yet. When paid services launch, these terms will be updated to cover order, payment, refund, and service availability provisions before payments are accepted.

You may browse this site and submit the waitlist form provided the address you submit is your own and you intend to receive launch communications. Do not submit addresses that do not belong to you, do not submit the form repeatedly to abuse it, and do not attempt to circumvent the rate limit applied to the form.

evalgist.ai does not accept payments today. The waitlist is free to join and imposes no payment obligation. When paid plans launch, this section will be replaced with concrete provisions covering ordering, billing, the EU right of withdrawal for digital services (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU), and the conditions under which refunds are issued. Those provisions will be published before any payment is accepted.
